All leads and services are delivered digitally, not physically.
Therefore, no physical returns apply.


2. Refund Policy

a. No Refund on Delivered Leads

Once leads have been:

  • Shared
  • Transferred
  • Accessed by the customer

No refund is applicable under any circumstances.

This is because digital leads cannot be returned once accessed.


b. Refund Before Delivery

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment has been made
  • Services or leads have not yet started
  • No lead generation work has commenced

In such cases, refunds are processed after internal verification.


c. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice due to a technical issue:

  • After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded

3. Replacement / Re-verification Policy

a. Non-Responsive Leads

If you report non-responsive leads:

  • We will re-verify the leads internally
  • If the customer is found active and interested, leads will be re-shared to another client
  • No replacement is guaranteed unless covered by a specific service agreement

b. Invalid or Incorrect Leads

If you receive leads that are:

  • Invalid
  • Fake
  • Mismatched with your selected criteria

You must report within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may provide replacements only for invalid entries, not for non-responding leads.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation only before:

  • Lead generation begins
  • Campaign setup starts
  • Delivery of any lead or service

Once work has begun, no cancellation is permitted.


5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
